About the Premium Yoga Mat
A 6mm yoga mat with a non-slip surface on both sides and printed alignment marks for hand and foot placement. Six millimetres is the middle of the yoga range: thick enough to cushion knees and wrists in lunges and tabletop, thin enough for balance poses.
It is a yoga and Pilates mat, not a gym mat. For weights, use it on top of a rubber mat such as the PeterMat Zero, where it adds length and a softer surface for floor work.

Free shipping on orders over $75 to Australia and New Zealand, otherwise $9.95 flat. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and metro deliveries take 3 to 5 business days. Regional Australia takes 5 to 10 business days and New Zealand 7 to 14. Details on the shipping page.
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, with a free return label for Australian orders. Damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded including return postage. Details on the returns page.

Is 6mm thick enough for yoga?
Yes. 6mm is the usual choice: cushioned for kneeling poses and stable for balance work. Thicker mats make balance harder.
Can I use it for weights?
No. Weights tear yoga mats and the mat offers no floor protection. Put it on top of a rubber mat for floor exercises instead.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry flat. Avoid strong cleaners.
