About the 6mm Non-Slip TPE Yoga Mat

A 6mm yoga mat made from TPE foam in a double-layer build: a softer layer cushions knees and wrists, a firmer layer keeps standing poses stable. Both sides are non-slip, and the closed-cell surface keeps out sweat and dirt.

TPE is latex-free and PVC-free. The mat ships with a carry strap that clips on and off.

It is a yoga and Pilates mat, not a gym mat. For free weights, put a rubber floor mat underneath.
