Delivery is charged at checkout and depends on your postcode and the items in your cart. Enter your postcode in the cart to see the exact cost before you pay.
Delivery included on some items
The yoga mat, massage gun, pull-up bar and water bottle include delivery to most of Australia. Heavier items such as dumbbells cost more to send, and regional and remote postcodes cost more than metro areas.
Delivery Areas
We deliver within Australia only, to all states and territories. A few items cannot be sent to some remote postcodes; the cart tells you before you pay. We do not currently ship to New Zealand or other countries.
Every item ships direct from an Australian supplier warehouse. If your order has items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Orders usually leave the supplier warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. We email you tracking details once your order ships.

After your order ships, we email you the tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your parcel.
