Who makes your products?
PeterMat is an Australian online store. The products come from established suppliers, including brands such as Everfit, Powertrain and Aolikes, and ship direct from Australian warehouses. Each product page lists the brand where the supplier gives one.
What dumbbell weights do you sell?
Rubber hex dumbbell pairs in 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, 4kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg and 25kg. Every pair has a cast iron head in a rubber coating and a knurled chrome handle.
Do you still sell the PeterMat Zero mat?
Not at the moment. The PeterMat Zero and PeterMat Round mats are currently unavailable. The shop lists everything we can deliver now.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment gateway. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-DSS compliant and uses bank-level encryption. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
Shipping
How much is delivery?
Delivery depends on your postcode and the items. Enter your postcode in the cart to see the exact cost before you pay. The yoga mat, massage gun, pull-up bar and water bottle include delivery to most of Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days, and metro deliveries usually arrive 2 to 7 business days after that. Regional and remote areas take longer. See our Shipping page for details.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We deliver within Australia only.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you the tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your parcel.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund. See our Returns page for details.
Who pays for return shipping?
For Australian customers, we provide free return shipping labels. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
