About the PeterMat Round (1.2m)
The PeterMat Round is a 1.2m diameter circle of dense recycled rubber, 20mm thick, with a non-slip base. The circle gives you the same reach in every direction from a central stance, so kettlebell swings, lunges to the side and back, Turkish get-ups and rotational work stay on the mat instead of landing on a corner.
It is 5mm thicker than the square PeterMat Zero because kettlebells come down harder than dumbbells and swings put shear through the mat. It stays flat and stays put on timber, tile and concrete, and marks out a clear training zone in a shared room.

Frequently Asked Questions
Round or square?
Round for one multi-directional station, square (the PeterMat Zero) for a dumbbell station or under a bench. Many home gyms use a round mat with foam tiles around it.
Is 1.2m big enough?
Yes. From a central stance a full reverse lunge and a kettlebell swing both stay inside a 1.2m circle.
Does it smell?
New rubber smells for about a week. Air it in shade.
