About the Interlocking Foam Tiles (4-Pack)
Four interlocking EVA foam tiles, each 60cm x 60cm, covering 1.44 square metres per pack. They lock together like a puzzle, can be cut to fit around a corner or a post, and lift up again without leaving a mark, which suits rentals.
Foam is light and soft, so these tiles suit cardio, stretching, foam rolling, kids and general floor cover. They are not for weights above about 10kg: foam compresses under a heavy dumbbell and the weight rocks. Put a rubber mat on top of the tiles where weights land.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many packs do I need?
One pack covers 1.44 square metres. A 2m x 2m stretching area needs 11 tiles, so three packs. A 3m x 3m room needs 25 tiles, so seven packs.
Can I use foam tiles under dumbbells?
Only light dumbbells up to about 10kg. For anything heavier, lay a rubber mat on top of the tiles where the weights are used.
Do they work in a hot garage?
They soften in extreme heat and can trap moisture against a slab. Keep weights on rubber and lift a tile now and then to check underneath.
