Every product ships direct from an Australian supplier warehouse, so each item carries its own delivery charge. Enter your postcode in the cart and the exact amount appears before you pay. We deliver within Australia only.

The four items that include delivery

These four items include delivery at no extra charge to most Australian postcodes. The price you see is what you pay for most addresses.

The word most matters. The water bottle, for example, carries a charge of about $34.73 to a Tasmanian postcode in the current freight table. If one of these items is not included for your address, the cart shows the charge before you pay.

Two patterns show up. Light accessories cost a few dollars to send almost anywhere. Heavy dumbbell pairs cost the most, and the gap between cities widens as the weight goes up, with Perth and Hobart at the top of the metro examples.

How the charges add up in one order

Because delivery is worked out per item, a three item order pays three charges added together, less any item that includes delivery. Three worked examples to metro postcodes:

• Melbourne, recovery and mobility: yoga mat $60, 5kg pair $48 and foam roller $45 is $153 for the goods. Delivery is about $14.25 for the pair plus about $7.13 for the roller, with the mat included, so about $174 in total.
• Sydney, weights and recovery: 5kg pair $48, 10kg pair $114 and foam roller $45 is $207 for the goods, plus about $25 in delivery, about $232 in total.
• Brisbane, bands and a mat: Resistance Band Loop Set $59 and yoga mat $60 is $119, plus about $12.65 delivery for the bands, about $132 in total.

These are examples, not quotes. The cart works out the real figure from your postcode and the items you add, and shows it before payment.

Regional and remote postcodes

Regional areas cost more than the capital cities. A 10kg dumbbell pair is about $31.54 to a regional NSW postcode, about $41.71 to regional Victoria, about $48.84 to regional Queensland and about $68.16 to regional WA. Light items rise too, though by smaller amounts. A foam roller is about $12.21 to most regional postcodes.

A few items cannot be sent to remote postcodes. If your address is one of them, the cart says so before you pay, so there is no surprise after the order is placed.

How long delivery usually takes

Dispatch from the supplier warehouse usually happens within 1 to 3 business days. Metro delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas take longer. These are estimates, and peak periods can stretch them.

If you need gear by a set date, order early. Outside a capital city, plan around the longer regional estimate rather than the metro one.

Keeping the delivery cost down

• Check the cart before you commit. Add the items, enter your postcode and read the delivery line. It costs nothing to look.
• Weigh delivery against the item price. A $10 delivery on a $114 pair is a small share. The same $10 on a $12 pair is most of the price again.
• Think about heavy pairs if you are in Perth or Hobart. A 20kg pair is about $75.28 to metro Perth against about $22.39 to metro Sydney. Buy the pairs you will use rather than a full ladder.
• Count the included items as included. Adding the yoga mat, pull-up bar, massage gun or water bottle to an order does not add delivery for most addresses.

Checking your delivery cost before you pay

1. Add the items you want to the cart from the shop.
