About the Doorway Pull-Up Bar
A doorway pull-up bar that mounts by leverage against the frame, no screws or drilling, and supports up to 130kg. Multiple grip positions cover wide, neutral and close-grip pull-ups and chin-ups. Take it down in seconds and nothing shows on the frame.
Vertical pulling is the one movement pattern dumbbells and bands cannot properly replace. A bar in a doorway you walk through several times a day is the easiest way to build pull-ups and a stronger back at home.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it fit my door?
It fits standard internal door frames with trim on both sides. Measure the frame width and check there is trim for the bar to brace against before ordering.
Will it damage the frame?
Used as designed on a solid frame, no. Padded contact points rest on the trim. Do not use on hollow or damaged frames.
I cannot do a pull-up yet. Is it still useful?
Yes. Start with dead hangs, band-assisted pull-ups and slow negatives. Our pull-up progression guide takes most adults from zero to one in 12 to 16 weeks.
