About the PeterMat 5-Pair Dumbbell Set with Rack

Five pairs of dumbbells and a rack to keep them on, for one price with delivery included. The 1kg, 3kg, 5kg and 10kg pairs have a solid cast iron core in a soft-touch neoprene coating that gives a comfortable, non-slip grip. Each weight is embossed in kilograms.

The 20kg pair is rubber-coated hex with a knurled chrome handle. Neoprene dumbbells are made up to 10kg, so the heavy pair uses the rubber coating that heavier dumbbells use.

The spread of weights suits most home programs: 1kg and 3kg for shoulder, rehab and warm-up work, 5kg for arms and lighter accessory lifts, 10kg for presses, rows and lunges, and 20kg for goblet squats, Romanian deadlifts and heavy rows. Two people training at different levels can share it.

The A-frame rack holds five pairs and stands 105cm high on a 65cm by 55cm footprint. It arrives flat-packed and bolts together.

Delivery is included in the price to any Australian address, and nothing is added at checkout. The set ships direct from our Australian supplier's warehouse as several parcels, usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, and the parcels can arrive on different days. Why is the 20kg pair rubber and not neoprene?

Neoprene dumbbells are made up to 10kg. Heavier dumbbells use a rubber coating over the cast iron head, so the 20kg pair is rubber hex with a knurled chrome handle.

What colours are the neoprene dumbbells?

Each weight has its own colour. The supplier sets the colours and they can change between batches, so we cannot promise a particular colour.

Does the set arrive in one box?

No. The five pairs and the rack ship as separate parcels from our supplier's Australian warehouse and can arrive on different days. Dispatch is usually within 1 to 3 business days.

Does the rack need assembling?

Yes. It arrives flat-packed and bolts together. Assembled, it is 65cm long, 55cm wide and 105cm high.

Can I buy the pairs on their own?

The 20kg rubber hex pair is sold on its own in the shop. The neoprene pairs and the rack are sold as part of this set.
