About the Vibrating Foam Roller
A foam roller with a built-in motor and four vibration speeds. Vibration makes pressure easier to tolerate, so tender areas relax faster and you can roll quads, glutes and the upper back with more pressure than a standard roller allows. It charges over USB.
It suits people who train five or more days a week, anyone who finds standard rolling too painful to relax into, and athletes managing soreness between sessions. For occasional use, the standard 45cm roller does the job for less.
