About the Compression Knee Sleeves (Pair)
A pair of 7mm neoprene knee sleeves. They keep the joint warm, add compression and give a sense of support during squats, lunges, running and hiking. Seven millimetres is the thickness used for squatting; thinner sleeves suit running and all-day wear.
Sleeves do not fix knee pain and are not a brace. They help knees that feel stiff or cold under load and give feedback that helps you keep the knee tracking. See our knee sleeve guide for when they help and when to see a physio.

Frequently Asked Questions
How tight should knee sleeves be?
Snug enough to stay in place and compress, not so tight that they cut off circulation or you cannot bend fully. Measure around the knee and check the size chart.
Do they help knee pain?
They can make a stiff knee feel warmer and more supported. Persistent pain needs a physio, not a sleeve.
Can I run in 7mm sleeves?
Yes, though many runners prefer 5mm for long distances. 7mm is the lifting standard.
What is the shipping cost?
