How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at hello@petermat.com with your order number
  2. We'll send you a return shipping label (free for Australian returns)
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Drop it off at your nearest post office
  5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello@petermat.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the return.
