Yes! Our products are designed to withstand heavy use. The PeterMat Zero in particular is built to handle high-traffic commercial gym environments.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment gateway. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-DSS compliant and uses bank-level encryption. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Contact us at hello@petermat.com as soon as possible.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $75 AUD ship free to Australia and New Zealand. Orders under $75 have a flat rate of $9.95.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by location: Metro Australia (3-5 business days), Regional Australia (5-10 days), New Zealand (7-14 days). See our Shipping page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to Australia and New Zealand. We're working on expanding to more countries soon!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund. See our Returns page for details.
Who pays for return shipping?
For Australian customers, we provide free return shipping labels. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
